misfire codes

My 2001 4.0 explorer has developed a misfire , it's throwing evap codes as well , it's got all new plugs and wires and a new coil pack so I believe the misfire could be caused by the evap purge valve or evap sylnoid , what do you guys think ?

Hello. My fathers 1997 Ford Explorer 5.0L has been misfiring on cylender 2. Hes replaced all plugs, wires, and the coil pack that runs cylender 2, treated gas with water and fuel injector cleaner. Its missi g in idle and occasionally pops when giving gas. Any good advice would be valued!
