I have a 2007 sport trac 4.6L 145K miles I know that the other triton engines (the 4.6L is essentially a baby triton) have phaser knock etc. that happens around 150k miles. The sound is towards the back on the driver side, and toward the front on the passenger side. I don't hear it at startup...
