    '97 Mercury Mountaineer. Shift at high RPMs.

    Engine shuts down at 60+MPH. Help?

    02 4.0L non-flex. I hit 60mph & engine stalls, throttle is not responsive, then it all shutsdown. No engine light or warnings. I let it sit for a couple minutes and it restarts and acts like normal until 60 again. Any suggestions? Thanks.
