1993 Ranger RABS Brake Bleeding

      1993 Ranger
      I replaced my rear brake line and now cannot get any fluid through the valve. I suspect it is not centered any more due to the fluid loss earlier. How can I re-center the valve in order to properly bleed the rear brakes?
