1999 Ford Explorer XLT. 4 wheel drive doesn't work.

      jacked up car did the test to make sure drive shaft would turn the wheels .They turned. So diff is not locked . spun wheel 1 turned 1 way 1 turned the other way .So i am posting a new tread. vary good info thanks
