2004 sport trac windshield washer pump issue

Need some assistance to find windshield washer pump location. Possible relay and fuse location as well. Unlike the 2005 fuse #12 it is not used on a 2004. Any troubleshooting guidance is appreciate. The pump in question stopped working without warning. Windshield wipers function just fine. The coolant / washer water tank needs replacement. Verified if pump makes any sound but that is a negative..... Any and all assistance is welcomed.

Pump is attached to the base of the reservoir, and held by the rubber grommet. Available at almost any AP store.

Pump appears to be included with replacement reservoir.

Thanks for your assistance. The second paragraph with the replacement procedure was perfect, after viewing the wiper reservoir (Dormant 603-057) at RockAuto, I decided not to wait and obtained it from pepboys today. And it did come with the washer pump. Only need 2 sockets 10mm and 11mm. Again, thanks a bunch.

Glad it worked, and found it in locally in PR. Make sure to keep all fluids clean, especially engine and transmission. GL
