2010 Adrenalin S/C
Our 2010 "Big Blue" Adrenalin project is here. We originally installed the Brenspeed stage I Stryker kit on this bad boy back in February and it's been bulletproof ever since. That was at 38,000 miles. After 5000 miles, it's perfect. Doug and team were super helpful in our installation. The kit came with 95% of what we needed. The rest was simple COTS stuff. Wires, looms, etc. We decided to kick it up a notch because...we had the cash and the craziness to do it:

This truck is an absolute monster. And it's getting 14.5 MPG combined. Pretty impressive. Out the door not including our install time was ~$9300. We can say with no hesitation that this is not a kit to be installed in a weekend by a shade tree mechanic. You have to know your stuff with wiring, know how to modify your bumper reinforcement, have access to a machine shop to trim the intercooler and alternator, have extra parts for battery and harness relocation. You should also have a professional toolset ready. And be proficient in soldering, heat shrinking and crimping. We did some minor changes to the Brenspeed kit, so our time invested was about 50 hours total. Best to leave Brenspeed to do your install for you!!!!

This kit is totally worth it. We haven't even refined the "out of the box tune" yet. Exhaust is stock. Bottom end is stock. What I can say based on running this with fellow Mustang owners at the track that it's most likely around 400 RWHP in current form. Keep in mind we're at 7000' and it launches hard, even at this altitude. We'll know for sure soon once it's dyno'd this summer.

Next modifications:

  1. Chromed stock wheels with 275's (wheels are done. Just need mounted)
  2. Ceika custom big brake kit
  3. Stryker 520 Stage II upgrade, with dual-pump fuel tank hat
  4. Custom mandrel-bent exhaust (maybe - current sleeper effect is loads of fun)
  5. Ceika coil over kit (maybe, the stock struts are pretty good)
More to follow!
