Recently I realized that my '07 EB does not display the temperature on the 4-line message center. I don't think it ever has, and I didn't know it did until I saw a picture online of one displaying the temperature. That part of the screen is just blank, but that part lights up like it should when you do a system check. Is there just a hidden button I have to press, or is there some computer chip malfunction?

If it matters, I have the optional AUX climate control.

If you have the electronic climate control then I believe the outside temp shows there. I have the manual controls on my 2007 and I have the temp display on my 4 line.

It does show there, but you have to push a button that's smaller then the head of a pen... so inconvenient. Why can't it just display on the message center too??

My 2006 with manual AC shows temp on the Four Line
