...I only seen one end by your finger in your picture.....Can you tell me where those vac lines go the other direction???...I may be able to answer your question from the diagrahm then...

Edit: I believe you just need to ad a vacuum hose from your Octopus (mutiport vacuum on top of the motor) to where the connection is by your finger...In post #8, it would be the one labeled "To climate control"...:dunno:

It comes from the intake manifold, and the two vacuum lines are wraped in the black plastic stuff (?), but if you look closely you should be able to see to the right of my hand there is a "Y" and one end goes straight to the right and the other (a little longer) goes back towards the camera. They are a little camouflaged :salute:. The two must connect to different ports that are fairly close together

Also, if you look under the picture there is a tool bar with a magnify option (+). That may help

...Read my edit in previous post...;)

...One should be running to a globe and another will probably disapear into a harness which should lead inside to your climate control...This would resolve your defrost only...

EDIT: it would be similar to the vacuum diagrahm of the 91-94 in post #8

Both ports on the globe are filled.

I am wondering if there needs to be a "T" somewhere in the system. What would be helpfull is to actaully see an engine like mine. I just bought the truck so I have no idea what the previous owner did.

I'll see if I can find the multiport your refering to.

      Thanks.

...just follow the brake booster line to where other vacuum lines connect on top of the motor, driverside rear...

...My thought is, you are missing the line from the motor to where your finger is in the picture...
