I'm sure someone will know if an automatic transmission from a 92 mustang 4cyl will be the same as 93 Aerostar 3.0? I seem to find info that the Mustang transmission is also an A4LD. I can't locate info on the bolt up pattern. Thanks for the b-day greeting from the forum. USA is the GREATEST...:usa::salute::usa:

The bell housing bolt pattern, torque converter, and valve body check ball configuration are a little different, but the parts are swappable. The bracket for the shift cable is different for a floor shift compared to the one for the column shift.

      Aerostar trans swap question

Here we go again. Any chance that a 95 Aerostar trans will be same as my 93 Aerostar. Both are 3.0 . I'm not sure if the 95 is a4ld. The 93 I have is a4ld. Thanks for any help. USA is the GREATEST....:usa::salute::usa:
