mine was for an f-150. other people have used ones from mustangs.

I've seen some use an aftermarket "cover" that adheres to the stock fuel door, but appears to be the whole assembly. My 1997 used a Mustang product.

ive seen that cover that your talking about on ebay. IMO, its complete garbage. you can get a ford racing billet door for a mustang application and do a simple mod to the door by switching the side the hinges are on and itll fit like a glove. thats what i did with mine.
