blowing ECC relay fuses

i have a 92 and cant figure out why the ECCfuses keep blowing, i changed the ECC relay and have started trying to chace wires to find a short, but just wondering if anyone has had this problem and found the problem...

Pick it up at around post #12 and follow the Brian Goddard thread. He ran it to ground somewhere in the cannister purge harness. The procedure is sound.

Welcome to this forum! This once happened to another member, and it was a short on the internal wiring harness inside of the transmission.
