Bumper cracked

Hello Everyone,

I had a small incident driving in the woods where my rear end met a tree.
Fortunately, the damage was pretty minor. However, I'm having trouble determining what part is in the picture below. It looks like it's a separate piece of the body, but I guess it could be physically attached to the bumper as well.

Does anyone know what part this is? And recommend any place I can get one?

It's part of the whole rear bumper cover. It's one big piece; the lower part and the 2 upper things, one big mold.
