BW4405 Or Motor

Was out and about on my property today so I needed to use my 4x4. Not sure if it's working as I can feel the transfer case click in low but not high when I use the switch on the dash. Light on dash works in 4x4 high but I don't hear any click or the TC motor working, but I can hear and feel it working when selecting 4x4 low. Could it be the TC motor or maybe the 4x4 module?

There is no shift from 2wd/4wd auto to 4wd high. Nothing will be audible.
