EGR Valve on 1992 Explorer

I went to get a emissions test done on my 1992 Ford Explorer XLT today and everything passed except for the ERG Valve. the guy said i needed to clean the EGR Valve but i have no idea where it is located or how to do it.

I have looked all over the web to try and find out how to clean it but then i found this: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Where_is_the_EGR_valve_located_on_a_1994_and_later_Ford_Explorer
and it says that all Ford explorers before 1994 have no ERG Valve.

Can anyone help me??

my 92 doesnt have one but if you do it should be on the drivers side,it looks like a pipe coming of the exhaust manifold into the intake manifold
