Thanks to Explorer Forum, I've been infected by the need to modify my Explorer! 
Thanks for all the great write-ups and advice! So far I've only installed new wheels and tires and a bull bar.
Will be working on installing Flowmaster Delta 40s and KC driving lights this weekend.
Also debating whether or not I should lower it by an inch.. I had to cut some of the plastic inner fender trim off so the tires wouldn't rub near full lock.
