So I put in a new water pump. When I tried to start the truck the engine turned over and ran for about 2 seconds but then immediately turned off. Upon further inspection I noticed that the cooling fan doesn't spin freely. I don't remember if it was hard to turn before I took it apart. I'm thinking I missed a step in the process of putting it all back together.
Any help would be great thanks!
