factory alarm system asap won't be on line for long!

Hello all I want to know how do you disable the factory alarm system so that the remote will not work(so it cant unlock the doors etc.). I really need to know asap, and if any one has heard of reprograming explorers locks and ignition swicth so only a new key can use it and not the old?

I think there is only one code that will work and that is permanetly burned into the computer. I would consult the owners manual to verify that, it will tell you how to disable the alarm and such. Not sure of the page, but if you look it up in the index, you should be able to find it.
