Ford Aftermarket Remote Start Programming?

I have the Ford aftermarket remote start system on my '02. The old key fob broke so I bought a new one from the dealer assuming the standard programming method would work. It didn't so I took it to the dealer yesterday and they said they had no idea how to program it. Does anybody have any ideas?

I've read a thread about this on the board. I hate to say it, but I believe it was an expensive thing to do... I think the dealer has to reprogram it with their computer. I'm sure someone here will have an exact answer for you.

I think your system is made by "Code Alarm" (aka Magnavox). Look on the internet for support on their website. The website address is strange, but here it is:
