Ford Explorer'96 speaker wires-colors &(+/-) ?

Hi. Can somebody help me identify colors and signs of wires at the speakers.
I'm trying to bypass the stock amp and don't whant to mix wires. I'm o'kay with the radio wires. Thanks a lot.

Wires from the speakers I need

I'm o'kay with the wires at the dashboard.
I got problem with colours and signs ( + or -) of the wires coming out of the speakers into the stock amp. Because my Ford Explorer XL 1996 4 X 4 is with premium sound, I have to bypass the amp and connect speaker wires with the ones that you're showing me at the dashboard.
