fuel pump and eec relay locations?

I'm trying to locate my fuel pump and eec relays, to test them (in relation to my starting issues). Problem being, my haynes manual doesn't have the locating picture.

Does anyone know where these two are? I think I found the fuel pump relay behind the glove box, but I'm uncertain of that. Even still, I don't know where the EEC relay is. This is all on a 1991 EB 4x4 4.0L.

The should be in the power distribution box under the hood on the passenger fender.

I looked in there. I saw items labeled EEC and fuel pump, but they looked like fuses... Am I just confused?
