Fuel pump fuse popping

1999 ranger
I have a 99 Ranger 4.0 that pops the fuel pump fuse. But only when I sit in the driver's seat?????
I've checked everything thing in the fuel pump circuit; relay, inertia switch, new fuel pump & sender. Any suggestions
 






Trace out the wiring harness under the seat for damage.
