Heated Steering Wheel Not Working

The steering wheel heater on my 2013 Explorer Limited with Sync and Navigation stopped working. The local repair shop told me they pulled codes B137F and B1380 and told me to take the car to a Ford dealer. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you!

Welcome to the Forum Steve.
Using the Forum's handy 'Search' feature (upper right) I found one other mention of the B137F code and a member mentioned it was the Steering Column Control Module.
Need help with tons of problems!
In any case, both codes appears to be associated with the Adaptive/Active Steering. I also edited the thread title to make it easier to find using the 'Search' feature.

You need more to the codes, they have subcodes.

Example:

B1380:09

You may have also lost your left and right steering wheel switch packs with those series of codes.
