Hey everyone, new to the forum, but have had Fords and an Explorer before. I had a 2000 Explorer that I absolutely loved, but once it hit around 200k miles, it started giving me a lot of issues. (transmission, wheel bearings, oil leak, etc.) Ended up selling it and got a smaller car, and then my wife and I had another kid and I quickly found I needed more of a family car. Sold the smaller car and my in-laws actually gave me there 2004 Explorer which they weren't driving anymore. 153k miles and just a few minor issues that don't affect daily driving. Loving it so far and figured I'd find a forum for when I have some questions or issues. Hopefully I can be of service here as well.
