HELP: 2006 Explorer 4.0 with P0402

So the truck in question started Surging/Bucking and the CEL came on. I hooked up my OBD scanner and I got a P0402 code. After doing a search on this forum and Google I see that most of the P0402 code were for older trucks(pre-05)/different engines (4.6/5.0) but they always seem to point back to a DPFE sensor. I tried locating the DPFE sensor with no luck - actually I dont think that for 2006 the DPFE is a single sensor, instead I think it may be integrated with the EGR valve. I can't really confirm since I "THINK" that the EGR Valve/DPFE is towards the back of the engine (behind the throttle body) and I havent had a chance to take anything apart and look back there.

So my questions are:
1. For 2006 where is the DPFE located?
2. Will replacing the DPFE or EGR take care of the P0402 Code?
3. Is there a How-To (with Pics) on replacing the part whether DPFE or EGR?

Need to take care of this ASAP because planning a trip to NY this upcoming wknd and would like to have this resolved beforehand.
