help with aftermarket parts

I recently got a 04 sport trac adrenalin. I love it but the gas mileage sucks. I was thinking about installing a k and n fipk cold air intake. If anyone has any input on these or can suggest something better please let me know. I am also interested in a new exhaust system. People tell me flowmaster is the way to go but I'm not sure- they seem to be most expensive

Go with KKM i like mine and its a ton less expencive than K&N!

hmm...ive researched that intake and see that it doesnt come with the actual intake tube.....any suggestions?
