Help with trim peice removal on rear hatch about plate.

I'm trying to remove this trim and emblem so I can wrap it black. Plasti dip didnt work well in the moisture that night and got everywhere id prefer to tske it off. I know there is 4 bolts under it but is the ford emblem double side taped to hatch or is it pressed in holes? Any help is appreciated.

I took mine off a while ago. If I recall correctly it’s all one piece. Yes R&I for that piece is done with the 4 bolts.

My main concern is the ford emblem part. I didn't want to break it so I didn't pry but is that one with double sided tape or a push pin? That part was stuck.

that oval is the key part.... mine gets held on now with 3M tape
