Horn Fuse, 98 explorer

When i bought my car it came with no manual. Yesterday the horn/cruse control stop working. I checked all fuses but there is about 1000 million of them, and i may have missed it.

Anyone know what number the horn fuse is?

or what else could be wrong?

Check under the hood if you already didnt, I know theres bigger ones under there. That is if you only checked inside. I did that before I realized more were under the hood
