Manual transfercase

Theres got to be a manual transfer case that will bolt to the 5r55 right???? Obviously youll have to cut a hole in te floor (at least) maybe a drive shaft mod but that stuff is easy. Anyone......???

I can't think of any that will. The 5r55w/s that came in the 3rd gens had a unique t-case flange, and they were never offered with manual t-case. You might be able to make some kind of hybrid unit using the case from an explorer and the guts from something else. That is going to be a tough build.
