Fab a mounting plate that fits between the framerails right behind the bumper. Buy a flip up license-plate bracket, cut a hole in the bumper and run the cable through there.
If you mean WINCH you have alot of options depending on how much money you want to spend. You could do the best thing possible and have a custom winch bumper built. Warn sells a winch plate that can be used with a brush guard. or warn also makes a winch that can be mounted in your hitch and then removed or moved front to back it all depends on your wallet or maybe your wenches opinion. the method the guy above me wrote is a good one and on a low budget its probably the best option.
i fabbed up a hitch that comes through the front bumper. i then fabbed up a mounting platge and a bar to fit into the hitch. this way, it is removable if i want to do that and since it was built to my design it keeps the same approach angle as before and fits right in between my brush guard. i have pictures if you like
