My right brake light and blinker won't work with a new bulb...PLEASE HELP

Jiggle your multifunction switch (turn signal on column) up, down forward and backward and see if that makes the brake light go on. The brake lights are wired through the multifunction switch and they do go bad.

Does this describe your problem?

  1. The right rear signal/brake light does not come on with brakes, turn signal, or emergency blinkers.
  2. The front right turn signal is solid on for turn, and blinks normally with emergency blinkers.
  3. The left side works normally in all respects.
If so, I had this 6 months ago. Here's my write-up. Feel free to ask any questions here or in that thread.
