Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the forum, so forgive me if this question is redundant, but I could not find a specific answer for how to run the BT microphone cord to the top of the pillar to mount the mic. I am working on a recently acquired 1996 Explorer XLT that I bought with the radio removed.
I just installed a new HU, ran the harness all the way back to bypass the factory amp, spliced the mess together and behold! Everything works perfectly! Now I am stuck trying to run the mic cord. I cannot figure out how to pop off the panel under the steering wheel or the panel running up the pillar, both seem to be in a bind and won't just pop loose like all the other ones I released down the passenger side of the vehicle.
If someone would please advise me on where I should run this mic cable so it can end up being clipped to the top of the plastic pillar panel I would very much appreciate it!
Thanks,
Josh
