Need Help Finding Steering Shaft Extension

I have searched this forum and have had no success in finding the steering extension for the 3" Body Lift.

All of the links are old and dead.

I would prefer to have the extension for the Explorer and not the pickup because it does not have the hole in the male part that often cracks.

The only adapter I know of comes in the ranger kit. I'm sorry.
