Hello everyone im chris. New to thebsite and have trouble with my exhaust. My exhaust is rusted out from the catback. Ive been looking around for a deeper sounding muffler and have been looking at flownaster. I know nothing of this stuff but just want some sound to it. I have a 2004 ford explorer. Eddie bauer 4.0 V6. The stock oem muffler is configured as (inlet-Offset outlet-Offset.)
I cant seem to find a flowmaster muffle with the 2.25 fitting on both ends thats configured as Offset/Offset. Do I have to stick with offset offset or can I get a muffler thats (inlet-Center outlet-Offset?) or some thing else? Could I use the walker oem parrs with a flowmaster muffler? Thanks for any help as it seems the local mechanic is u sure which one will work
