New guy from FL

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum thing so forgive me if I make mistakes. I own a 2001 sport trac I bought new in 2000. Currently has 209+K on it. I plan on keeping it until I can't drive anymore. It has a different engine (old one blew), but everything else is original. I'm getting ready to replace upper/lower control arms and tie rods so if anyone has good info please let me know. Thx!

Sorry it took so long to reply but thanks. I look forward to the knowledge. I hope I don't run into any problems because I start on the front end tomorrow morning. Needless to say I'm nervous about it. I'm a jet engine mechanic, not a truck mechanic. Have a great day!
