No Reverse or Drive after dead battery

So my 2001 Sport Trac sat for a couple weeks When I went to start it up battery was dead I mean no click no nothing. A couple days later I replaced the battery Ever since I have no reverse or drive seems to work fine in 2cd or 1 and it tries to move in drive No codes or blinking OD light. It was fine when I parked it. Computer issue maybe? Or is it a transmission problem?

Figure it out? My truck is doing the same, bs. Plus it will not roll in neutral.

I was told that if there is no reverse it usually mean that transmission is done. Common problem from what i have heard.
