OBX Header Installation - running into issue

'00 Ford Explorer LTD AWD
Shop is working on the header installation and reported that the passenger side header is hitting on the motor mount. Anyone else experience this and how did you get around it? He says he wants to heat it up and flatten it out a bit at that point to keep it from hitting.

Mine didn't hit at all

We had to heat up one of the tubes and flatten out a bit to make it not hit.. Also had to take off a bit of end of one of the ARP bolts in order for it to be tightened.
 






Cool, I wonder why mine didn't hit mount.
 






Production variations but probably the motor in the I think the 2000 (maybe 99) and 2001 Explorer is moved back further than the older ones.

Interesting stuff.I am defiantly keeping an eye on these installs.I noticed the ebay seller raised his price again to 600$ now plus shipping.
