There are several threads on newly ordered Explorers that may also contain some useful information. Your order is likely now going into the scheduling phase.
I believe the next step will be the assignment of a VIN and build date. The Window Sticker is usually available 3- 5 days before the actual build date. There are very few site that can still be used to pull up the 'Sticker'. I'm guessing that you may see the vehicle around mid October.

got the VIN number today, but does not show up yes on those sites.

I believe it takes at least 5 days or so according to another post if I recall correctly.
