Parking Light Problem

I have a 1998 explorer 2dr sport with the 4.0 sohv engine. The problem is the parking lights are on all the time and will not go out until you pull the no.11 under hood fuse. I disconnect the headlight switch, trailer lighting relay, no.30 fuse from the inside drivers fuse box but no change. I looked for the park lamp relay but didn't find it yet. I was hoping someone had seen this before. Thanks.

Found the park lamp relay defective.

Can't locate parking lamp relay on 1995 Explorer.

Where was the parking lamp relay located?

Mine is a 2 door sport model and location was drivers side rear quarter pannel. I removed the jack compartment cover and could get it from there. Hope this helps.
