I just purchased a 2001 Sport Trac w/91K
I am getting the trans and transfer case serviced -should I do anything else?

I would change all fluids.

When were the plugs/wires changed?

At 90,000, unless you know they were recently changed I would do the spark plugs as well. Check the condition of the coolant and other fluid levels too.
