Scan Gauge

I just installed a scan gauge on my 2004 Sort Trac to monitor the transmission temp while towing my Aliner. I can get results on everything but the trans temp. Gauge shows TFT on the screen but no numbers. Any idea;s of why?

There is a page on their website that may prove helpful. I've been considering getting a scangauge for that same purpose. I picked up a Bluetooth OBDII reader from Ebay hoping it would work but it doesn't apparently read Transmission temps.

Thanks, I was remiss in not following up, sorry about that. I called Scan gauge and found I was not entering the correct code. All is well and gauge is displaying trans fluid temp.
