- 2015 Explorer Base
Hi,
I just purchased a 2015 Base Explorer. The audio system is standard, with a Sirius button on it. I've been an XM subscriber for several years, long before the merger. When they merged, I got the complete package, with MLB, NHL, NFL, Big10, SEC, College play-by-play, etc.
However, when I attempt to reach these stations on my 2015 Explorer, I am unable. The customer care can't give me an answer. If it is a Sirius only radio, shouldn't I be able to receive all NFL channels?
If there is a technological reason for this, I can't help but wonder why Ford, several years after the Sirius XM merger, is still putting old technology in their new cars. Of course they wan't people to get the upgrade to SYNC/Navigation.
If someone has an explanation, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
Joe
