Can anyone help me out my 2004 explorer 4.6 liter v8 swerved or swayed going down the road at eway speeds???

Common problems, in rough order of likelihood of causing your problem:
  • broken sway bar links (front and/or rear)
  • bad tires
  • bad alignment
  • unbalanced tires
  • worn tie rods (probably outer, but could be both inner and outer) (note: if you replace these, get an alignment afterwards)
  • worn ball joints or control arms
  • worn wheel bearings (you'd hear them if they were bad enough to cause sway)
  • You were drunk, high, sleepy, or distracted by your smart phone or girlfriend (okay, I have no idea where to place this on the list)
