supercharged 5.0 true fire 98 explorer sport

hi everyone, my name is tim . i live in selkirk, manitoba, canada and as if this date that i am posting this, i am 36 years old.

i bought my sport in jan 05 from a local ford dealer. it had 111,000KM's on it. this is the second sport i have owned. it was sitting on the lot for about 8 months before i came along. i am the third owner (i was able to track down the person that traded it in, and they got it from a friend, who bought it new in 98).

i started to do a few things to it after i first got it, then i found this site, and all hell broke lose! i've never been satisfied with something the everyone else has, so i started to tinker with it even more.

mods include

interior

installed factory tilt, cruise, overhead console, auto dimming mirror, full length console, with a message center (it didn't have these from factory).

well, i just finished putting in a full length center console, and message center as well. gotta thank Ryon40 for some help on the message center. here is some pictures of it, and me playing with FIRE, muwahahaha!!!!

did the led think to the key pad, working on changing the display to blue as well.

also, some kick panels pods that i made for her. they are just in body work at the moment. i plain on painting the plastic parts to match the interior, as well as getting the pods vinyl wrapped.

here's a little update. its about 12:10am right now and i am SO PISSED OFF (and i normally try to keep my temper).

now word up to ALL pet owners. i have a cat and a dog. the dog is on a leash if it is walked, if it is not on a leash, it's in the fenced in back yard. the cat, is indoors only! if you have animals, KEEP A FREAKIN EYE ON THEM!!!!

if i cant get this polished out (and there is a possibility because the flames did bleed into the clear) i will NEVER be able to rematch both the pearl, or the flames!!!! :fire:

it just gets better and better. today i come home, let my little dog out. as she's doing her thing i am walking around my back yard (small yard to begin with). i notice this.

if you cant realy see it, it's a rock.

i didn't think much of it, after all, i just finished putting a a/c and furnace in my house, and it was need the hole they drilled for the a/c lines, even tho it looked kind of big.

keep in mind, there is a elementary school behind me, and there is a older lady next door that watches kids after school.

fast forward about 4 hours, i go to jump into evil which has sat basically same spot since the cat used it as a scratching post only days earlier, and find this! :fire:

some little brat chucked that rock into the air and bounced off evils windshield! now, if i am lucky, i find a new windshield, and put it in my self (i used to do them when i was a body man thank god), or a pay $500 and take it to a shop and get it done. it is realy starting to piss me off! it gets parked in my fenced in back yard where no one can see it, but my two neighbors that live on the other side of my house! with this, the dam cat, and one of my projectors acting up, i am ready to kill something!!!!!

Why dont you get insurance to cover the windshield? I was at school one day about a year ago and where I parked my truck was on the end of a row of cars. Well while one of the landscapers were cutting grass near my truck they shot a rock through my back drivers side window and it cracked my windsheild. The guy didnt even know it happened. Insurance covered both windows.

the good news is, as i was driving to my girlfriends house in my little beater truck, i remembered one of the guys i work with has a buddy that owns a mobile glass replacement company. we are going to call him to see what he can get me for a price on a windshield. i pray it will be $200 or less.
