What does a tune-up consist of for a 2000 Explorer?

I consider it to be plugs and wires.
 






I would add to the above - clean MAF, clean IAC, change all fluids, check hoses, check serpintine belt.

I agree, that is what it mostly consist of. Some people also like to change the PCV valve.

I still can't find this damn thing on my 5.0. Anyone have any pics? My Haynes manual said it was in the back of the engine near the exhaust manifold.
