I'm just wondering what all you other guys use.

Me personally, I use WD-40. Works pretty good but I'm wondering if theres something else that works better.

I really dont think there are many people here with a tube bender besides a few like Cory and tdavis.

I've been using spray on white lithium grease from the local OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware) store.

Not a scratch, makes the tube slide real easy.

I did gall the follower already - cleaned it up just like the die instructions said to do. (use a drum sander, and wham! it's gone)

Also, one page said axle grease - another said something else (I'll check them later tonight).

I don't think WD40 is the best, since it's more of a water displacement than a lubricant. (now you know what WD means..)

Brian, I know not many people here have them but I trust the members who do.:)

Tdavis, I'm using WD-40 cause thats what they said to use. I'll try some white lithium grease this weekend.

We clean our pipe or tubing with WD-40 then use axle grease on our benders at work. I'm not sure why but thats how the boss man wants it done.:)
