Bone-In New New York steaks, herbs and olive oil marinated asparagus wrapped in bacon, done on the grill...
Bison sliders and potato salad.
Bison is highly recommended. Delicious. And excellent with the spicy maple bourbon pickles from Walmart/Sams.
Love me some bison burgers. Like them even more with a 50/50 mix, using Elk or even Moose.
Tonight is thick cut center loin Pork chops, & cut green beans w/ butter. Baked in a better meatloaf pan to keep them out of the fat while baking.
To trap in the moisture, they are smothered in cornbread stuffing.
I cut my own chops, and these are over 1" thick. The thinner they are, the less time/temp cooked. (1/2" chops @ 350* for 45 mins for example)
Chops are seasoned with garlic, Italian seasoning, & parsley. Drop in your cook pan.
If you don't have one of these nifty meatloaf pans, use what ya got, glass, steel, what ever. I coat those pans with pure butter, then sprinkle a bit of seasoning, before the meat goes in. Try to use a pan that you can pack tight with the chops, so the stuffing doesn't go swimming in the cooking fat.
375* for 30 mins alone, then cover with stuffing. Cook for another 30 mins, (or 150* in the center, 3 min rest) and enjoy. Super simple, super yum's.
Had a late night stripping out a 01 sport so i grabbed a box of tacos from Hardee's
Burger King Double Quarter Pound King
Unsure what exactly happened, but everything was perfect. The beef was hot and fresh. Didn't overdue the condiments. Bun was not dry or smashed. Was stacked evenly.
Featuring more than ½ lb.* of flame-grilled 100% beef, topped with all of our classic favorites: American cheese, freshly sliced onions, zesty pickles, ketchup, & mustard all on a toasted sesame seed bun.
*Weight based on pre-cooked patties.
Lol i just had the bacon king
I didn't notice that one. I was going to just get my usual Double Whopper, but noticed the Double Quarter Pound King was not that much more, and it had cheese, so I gave it a shot.
I think its a dbl quarter pndr with a pile of bacon on it , it slows my heart down and makes me sleepy so it must be good lol

Grilled salmon that was marinated in soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Needed a quick side dish, so I made some instant potatoes with garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried rosemary, and dried dill.
