If you are talking about an 02 Explorer 2 door Sport or ST, yes they will fit. If you are talking about an 02 4 door, the issue is the offset. The bolt pattern and center hub are the same, but if you install 02 4 door rims on an 05 ST your track will decrease. The wheels will be noticeably pulled inboard. This will affect handling and safety- not recommended. You can look for 2nd gen Explorer rims (95-01). These will have the same bolt pattern, hub diameter and offset as 01- 05 ST and were available in a variety of 15" and 16" styles.
