Welcome to the Forum.
I am quite sure that they will. I use the Ford steel 18" Interceptor wheels for my Winter tires and used them in place of the 20" wheels on my previous 2014 MKT and also now on my 2017 Platinum in place of the 20" so the bolt pattern is the same.
