welp....the other day i was on the mower..
movin along trying to finish out the day a little early so i could get home and tend to the small rust issue on the X. i had my ear plugs in so i couldnt hear much noise except the 29 hp kawisaki fuel injected engine right behind my head.
and next thing i know, the mower starts slowing down so i speed up and i look to my left and notice the mud flying past me. thus i stop...and try going backwords, then i just eased myself into a hole. the tires didnt clear well at all...looks like we need to invest in some swampers on the scag....then i had to call the boss to get me out in his f250 super duty. he just laughed at me.
take a look...hahahaha

definitely not the worst stuck i've experienced, but he got stuck today, and i made him wait so i could take pics before he got out.

what you can't see from this angle is his 2 drivers side tires are 3-4 inches off the ground. his passenger side tires were dug in, and the ruts were so deep the underside of his jeep was touching the ground.

You weren't stuck,;) you just couldn't go any further :D

That was some pretty heavy, slushy, snow though

Of course I didn't even make it that far:(

It was there from the factory but I moved it behind the glovebox door. Its one of the first things I did to it. Glad I did it now or I would have been screwed.

I got stuck on thursday night at about 10PM and i was there with friends ttrying to get it out till 5 am. first tow strap snapped instantly and my friends jeep grand cherokee couldnt even budge me, he ended up snapping his exhaust pipe on a rock when he left to get new rope and chains. couldnt get it out till the next day, my friends uncle had to bring his f250, which pulled it out like it was nothing. the jeep wrangler in the pics couldnt move me either, so it at least i was pulled out by a ford and not a jeep :D:usa:

Man some of that mud looks like cement! cool pix man.

That is BAD mud! You didn't snap any photos of the F-250? too bad.

i wasnt there when it was getting pulled out, i was at work which i had to get up for 45 minutes after i got home from trying to dig that thing out. i think its just a stock f250 though. i am determined to go back and make it through that hole again...after a locker, some lift/tires and a nice winch. its a huge empty field with those real tall metal power lines in it, i dont know how the power company can go through because it is like that all the way through.

wow now that is stuck

maybe we should have a contest voting on the worst stuck thread, winner gets a free locking diff :D:D

Well, there is a little back story on this one. My buddy and I decided to drive from illinois to montana in january, and due to mechanical problems i was having at the time we took his ford contour instead of my ranger. This is in paradise valley, montana, after a night of having a little too much fun at the bar of chico hot springs.

Brian, my friend, decided to take the wheel after i had driven off the road and was doing doughnuts in a field. Keep in mind, it was before sunrise and we still hadnt completely recovered from the night before. Brian started driving, poorly, and all of a sudden we were going uphill. All i can recolect is me screaming NO NO NO STOP STOP STOP before CLUNK! We were perfectly centered on top of a ridge.

After four hours of everything we could think of, packing rocks and branches under the wheels, trying to push it off the jack, me walking two miles up a mountain to a massive log cabin, which we later found out was owned by Jeff Bridges, my buddy flagged down some cowboys in their truck, who decided to hook our tow strap to the rear lower control arm. This, of course, bent the living hell out of it, and caused us to drill though the tires within two hundred miles and leave us stranded in Billings for two days waiting for parts.

The ENTIRE time i was kicking myself for not bringing my truck, which would have had ample clearance to make it over that ridge
